OSiC Conduct a Fire Drill to build a "protective wall" for safe production

Safety in production is nothing small, life safety first.  Our company ’ s safety area management firmly adheres to the word “ strict ” and focuses on “ real ”. It fully implements the source control, hidden danger rectification and other measures, so as to control hidden dangers and consolidate the foundation, and ensure the effective implementation of various safety responsibilities.  In order to prevent and reduce the occurrence of fire accidents, further enhance the fire safety awareness of all employees and improve the emergency self-help ability, on the morning of April 30, our company carried out fire emergency drills to promote fire safety knowledge and build a strong safety bottom line.   9 : 30 a.m., emergency drill officially began.  On-site simulation of Category C tank farm ’ s sudden “ fire ”, the command center received the “ fire ” warning, and immediately started the fire emergency plan. Each working group of the crew performed its duties. The fire control group was responsible for the implementation of fire fighting, and the evacuation group was responsible for evacuation.  After the sound of the alarm, the staff of the comprehensive building, the production area and the contractor in the factory evacuate the assembly point to the company in an orderly manner.

After arriving at the assembly point, quickly count the number of people and find out  the fire situation and cause, whether there are people trapped, injured, etc. During the exercise, after checking the number of people, it was found that one person was injured (simulation). The headquarters immediately arranged for the rescue team to put on rescue equipment, enter the scene for rescue, rescue the wounded in time and send them to the evacuation assembly point.

The communication team is responsible for dialing the fire alarm number (simulation), telling the fire department the detailed address and fire situation, and arranging personnel to guide the fire vehicle to arrive accurately.

After an hour of drill, the fire extinguishing work was completed, and the orderly and safe evacuation of plant personnel was realized. The entire drill process was in an orderly manner and the expected results were achieved.

Subsequently, the company’s firefighting team took the lead in organizing the use of fire extinguishers and fire hoses, allowing each employee to get started and familiarize themselves with the use of fire fighting equipment, so that everyone in the company had a good sense of preventing fires, and was not afraid to deal with fires when they encountered fires.

This exercise enhanced the employees' awareness of safety and fire prevention, allowed everyone to further understand and master the fire handling process, and improved the coordination and cooperation capabilities in the process of handling emergencies. In the next step, the company will further implement the main responsibility for fire safety. While strictly implementing the self-management of fire safety, it will focus on strengthening fire safety training for employees, improve their self-prevention and self-rescue capabilities, and create a good atmosphere for safe production throughout the company.
